What is Skyid

Skyid is a new way to organize your contacts.

Add your contacts to different cards, get real-time updates when they change their contact information and discover new people to connect with.

The beauty is that we’ll automatically sync it all between your devices and mail services, leaving none of your contacts redundant.

Which email services can I sync to?

For now you can sync with the following cloud services: Google and Microsoft.

How do I sync to an email service?

Click on your profile pic in the top right of your screen.

Locate ‘Settings’ from the dropdown menu.

Now head on over to Sync Contacts and select the email services you would like to sync to.

How do I reset my password?

So you forgot your password. Bummer.

Luckily there’s an easy way of retrieving it.

On the Log in page, notice the small text snippet that reads “Forgot your password? Don’t worry. Just get a new one”.

Click on “Just get a new one”, enter your email and reset your password through the email we just send you.

How do I connect with someone?

If you find a friend, an old colleague or someone you just met a conference, connecting with them is easy through Skyid. Now, there’s a couple of ways to do this.

1. Head on over to their profile and click the ‘Connect’ button. Now add them to the card you’d like to keep them updated in, and just like that, you’ve send an invite to connect.

2. From our search engine you can click the '+' icon and add the person to a card from here - simple as that.

How do I create a new card?

Locate the '+' icon in the sidebar next to Your Cards.

Click that.

A popup will appear, allowing you to add a name and a color to your new card. Hit save and you’ve just added a new card.

What are public profiles?

A public profile is the information about you, that people can use to find & connect with you.

The information displayed on your public profile is by default a profile image and your name.

You can add your current city and country of residence to it as well.

To do that, go to ‘Settings’ and locate the ‘Public profile’ tab. Add your changes and hit save.

Your public profile is now updated.
